  • I’m running late — what should I do?
    Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to check in and prepare. If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as possible to let us know. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and a charge equal to your treatment cost.
  • Cancellations
    We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment — this allows us to offer your spot to someone else and there’s no charge. If you cancel or make changes within 24 hours, or if you don’t show up for your appointment, we will need to charge the full cost of the treatment booked. Thank you for your understanding and helping us keep things running smoothly for all our lovely clients.
  • Are your manicures and products cruelty-free and vegan?
    At Hepburns, we proudly use cruelty-free products for our No Chip Manicures and BIAB treatments — none of these have been tested on animals. Many of our products are also vegan-friendly; however, some ingredients vary by colour and product line. Please ask your therapist in salon for details about specific shades and treatments.
  • What is your hygiene policy?
    At Hepburns, your health and safety are our top priority. We use a unique disposable strip file system — meaning each client receives a brand-new file for every service. We never use a nail file twice, ensuring strict single-use hygiene while also being environmentally conscious. For all products, we use single-use spatulas — no double dipping — to maintain the highest cleanliness standards. All reusable tools are disinfected between clients using hospital-grade procedures. Our rigorous hygiene protocols guarantee a safe, comfortable, and conscientious experience for every client.
  • Are children allowed to have treatments?
    Children under 13 can enjoy our Princess Pamper Manicure, but must be accompanied by one responsible adult only, as we cannot accommodate waiting groups. Some treatments have age restrictions; please speak with our team for more information.
  • Can I buy gift cards?
    Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase both in salon and online. They can be used for any treatment or as a cash value up to £200, making a perfect gift for someone special.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Can I tip my therapist?
    Absolutely! Tips are greatly appreciated and go directly to your therapist.
  • Do you accommodate allergies or disabilities?
    Please let us know of any allergies or disabilities when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs safely and comfortably.
  • Do you host events or private bookings?
