How It Works

• Book from our entire menu of treatments.

• Book an appointment with your favourite technician.

• Our online booking system will show your entire appointment history - it makes booking repeat appointments really easy!

• Moved house or have a new phone number?  You can update your account details at anytime.

• We'll keep you up to date with all the latest Hepburns news - including new treatments, promotions and competitions!

• Can't make your appointment - no worries!  You can simply cancel or rearrange your appointment online up to 24 hours beforehand.

 

The Small Print

• During the booking process you will be asked for your card details. Don't worry, your card details are held on a secure sever at our credit card processor who is completely PCI compliant.

• We do not charge your card at the time of booking for the full treatment, a small deposit is taken to simply secure your booking.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in an admin charge being applied.

• No Show bookings may be charged at the full amount of the treatment booked.
