As customers of Hepburns, you have perhaps met owner, Jackie when visiting the salon or even had a No Chip Manicure by the lady herself!
That’s why it may come as a surprise to hear that Jackie did not initially begin her career in the beauty industry. Actually, Jackie’s first jobs couldn’t be further from manicures, tanning, facials and waxing!
Beginning as a Staff Nurse, Jackie later moved from the NHS into the IT sector, paving a career as a consultant for many top tier clients. Although two starkly different jobs, Jackie’s passion for impeccable customer service has always been at the forefront of her very varied background. And she has always loved working in industries that involve customer facing and being sociable.
Throughout the years of working in often stressful, high-pressure environments, Jackie’s outlet of relaxation was having her nails done. Just like many women, Jackie enjoyed being pampered after a hard day at work and found respite in the relaxing surroundings of the salon.
But as time went on, Jackie began to notice that some of the salons she visited were falling a little short. She saw that there was a gap in the market for a salon that offered top class treatments at affordable prices and Hepburns Nail Lounge was born.
Since opening, Hepburns has grown into two established beauty salons that offer a variety of beauty treatments in a warm and welcoming environment. The lovely team at Hepburns is dedicated to giving you quality pamper time. And Jackie loves to see her customers leave feeling relaxed, confident and most importantly, happy.
